The SPARKS COSMOS is an application to visualize and perform spatial analysis by various approach.

Main Component

This base component of the application is divided into several parts which are:

Geolocation

Geolocation gives greater understanding regarding the importance of analyzing data in relation of place and even time

Heatmap

Heatmap charts are useful for displaying how geographical areas of a map compare to one another based on a given criterion.

Basic Analysis

COSMOS apps have a sidebar to produce basic analytics and preview of the data just by clicking the desired shapes or locations


Choropleth

Choropleth is a map which utilizes contrasts in coloring, shading, or the setting of images inside predefined territories to show the estimations of an aggregated amount in those zones.

Nonetheless we provided addition of new modules and customization depending on client’s demand.

Geolocation

By having coordinates, our Cosmos apps can quickly plot them in a map and show the clusters of the location. By using geospatial visualization, it gives greater understanding regarding the importance of analysing data in relation of place and even time.

Heatmap

In contrast to choropleth, heatmap use the granular data of locations and produce colored region with different intensity. Geospatial heatmap charts are useful for displaying how geographical areas of a map compare to one another based on a given criterion.

Built-In Basic Analytics

Future Release

Our team have been collecting and building our data intelligence to be integrated with COSMOS. Data such as population, demography, landmarks and more are being prepared and can be used altogether with the user’s data for analysis

3D Visualization

To further enhance the visualization of geospatial data, we aim to produce a 3-dimensional visualization that might provide bigger impact towards analysing.

LOCALIZED GEOCODING

One of the biggest problems in data is having an address but not the coordinates. We plan to integrate our apps with existing API’s such as Google, OSM and Esri to help our user have better geocoding engine for Local Addresses.

Access to Multiple Data Type

We plan to focus our development on enabling user to use any type of geospatial data such as JSON, GEOJSON, TIF, SHP and more. As of now COSMOS can support flat files that have State/District names and RDS which is an object that is generated from R.

Provide Travel Estimates

By providing a coordinate, our apps will be tailored to generate estimate travel distance by walking or driving by integrating HERE Maps API.

In-Depth Built In Analytical Tool

COSMOS will install more analytical tools by stages to enable the best user experience in dealing with geospatial analysis.
